CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
This is an entry level qualification for anyone wishing to commence a career in the early childhood sector. This course reflects the role of workers in a range of early childhood education settings who work within the requirements of the education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standards. Students will learn the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development. Depending on the setting educators may work under direct supervision or autonomously in full day centres, occasional care facilities, reaches and early learning centres as an Early Childhood Educator.

Excursions and Industry Placement
Students will have the opportunity to participate in several incursions or excursions which are wonderful learning experiences and a chance to explore topics in real-world settings, often with industry experts or guest speakers. You will also undertake 160 hours of work placement in a childcare facility.
